I’m Stephanie, founder of Lifts & Lash in Reservoir, Melbourne. I’ve spent more than ten years mastering the lash industry, and the Korean lash lift is where that experience shows most.
Lifts & Lash has been running for eight years, and every technician on my team was trained by me. Our salon completes around 100 Korean lash lifts a month, so I’m not teaching from a textbook. I’m teaching what works, refined across hundreds of lifts and a huge range of lash types.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need lash experience?
No. The course is written in plain language and starts with in-depth theory on the science, the ingredients and the method. If you already do lash lifts or other beauty treatments, you’ll see exactly how the Korean method differs and how to add it to what you do.
Can I work for myself from home with this?
Many people use lash lifts to build their own client list, including on the side. Before you start, check the insurance, licensing and local council requirements for where you plan to work. The bonus business courses cover how to set up and write your policies.
Will it help me get a job in a salon?
Your certificate and your own before and afters give you something real to show an employer, and Korean lash lifts are a skill salons look for. I can’t promise a job, but this makes your application stronger.
How long does it take to finish?
Most students complete the theory in a few hours. The practical part depends on how quickly you book your models and complete your case studies, so you set the pace.
How long do I have access?
You have lifetime access, so you can come back and rewatch any lesson whenever you need.
What if I get stuck or don’t pass first time?

What’s the difference between a Korean lash lift and a traditional lift?
The Korean method is gentler and more controlled. It uses a cysteamine-based formula and processes the lashes flat before they are placed on the final shield. In my experience that gives a more defined, neater and bigger lift, and it’s the one clients ask for.
