Everything you need to know before your first visit.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred schedule. Walk-ins may be available but cannot be guaranteed.

Where are you located?

We’re located at 718–720 Plenty Rd, Reservoir, Melbourne, Victoria. You can book directly through Fresha.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept standard payment methods. For specific payment options, please check our Fresha booking page or contact us via Instagram .

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes, please notify us in advance for any changes. You can manage your booking through Fresha or contact us directly.

Questions about what to expect from each service and how long results last.

How long do lash lift results last?

Results typically last 6–8 weeks depending on your natural lash cycle and aftercare. Following proper aftercare instructions will help extend your results.

How long do lash extensions last?

Lash extensions can last 2–4 weeks with proper care. Refills are recommended to maintain fullness. Avoid oil-based products and excessive moisture in the first 24–48 hours.

Is brow lamination safe?

Yes, when performed correctly and with proper aftercare, brow lamination is safe and effective. A patch test is recommended for first-time clients or those with sensitive skin.

How long does hybrid brow dye last?

Hybrid brow dye can last up to 7–10 days on the skin and up to 4–6 weeks on the brow hairs, depending on skin type and aftercare.

Do I need a patch test?

Yes, especially for first-time clients or those with sensitive skin. A patch test is recommended before your appointment. Please let us know when booking.

How to protect and extend your results after your appointment.

What should I avoid after my treatment?

Avoid water, steam, and makeup on the treated area for the first 24 hours. This applies to both lash lifts and brow lamination to allow the treatment to fully set.

How can I make my results last longer?

Follow proper aftercare instructions, avoid oil-based products around the treated area, and brush your lashes or brows daily. For lash extensions, avoid sleeping on your face and use a lash-safe cleanser.

Is the training online or in-person?

We offer both! You can choose fully online (learn the theory and technique at your own pace), fully in-person, or a mix of the two — online theory paired with in-person practical training.

Do I need experience to enrol?

No experience necessary. We take students from complete beginners through to experienced technicians looking to upskill. Many of our courses are custom-built around where you’re starting from, so we can tailor the training to suit your needs.

How does the online course work?

You’ll get your own login and can work through the course at your own pace. Each course includes theory content plus step-by-step practical videos. As you go, you’ll submit your practice work — short videos and before/after photos — so we can give you feedback and certify you once you’re ready.

How long do I have access to the course?

You’ll have access for 12 months from your enrolment date, giving you plenty of time to work through the material and complete your practical submissions.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes! A certificate of completion is provided at the end of each course.

Do I need a kit?

Recommended products will be shared with you as part of your online or in-person course. If you’d prefer, we can also organise a full kit for you for an additional cost.

Is support included?

Yes, ongoing support is included. You can message us anytime with questions, and most training packages include a 30-minute follow-up Zoom call. Depending on your package, we can also offer chair rental so you can work on real clients in-studio with us there to guide/check in on you until you feel confident.

Do you offer 1:1 face-to-face training?

Yes! We create custom 1:1 packages tailored to what you want to learn — whether that’s a single service or a full multi-service program.

Do you offer payment plans?

We don’t currently offer payment plans. For in-person training, a deposit secures your spot, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your training date. Online courses are paid in full upfront.

What if I don’t feel confident after completing the course?

We work with you until you feel confident and ready to pass. If you’ve done an in-person/online course and want extra practice, you can add on additional 1:1 live model sessions for an additional cost.
